"TIMG" LLP was established in 2025 based on the existing mechanical engineering company "Inkar-1" LLP, which has been operating in the Kazakhstan market since 1997. The newly formed company unites professionals and industrial capacities, aiming for multi-vector mechanical engineering and service production.

This is a series of European standards that sets out comprehensive requirements for the welding of metallic materials in the manufacture and maintenance of railway vehicles and their components. This standard is critical to ensuring the safety, reliability and quality of welded structures used in trains, trams, metros and related equipment.
Welding production complies with ISO 3834 and ASME IX requirements
ISO 3834 "Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials" is an international standard that is closely linked to quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001), but focuses exclusively on the specific quality requirements of welding processes. It recognizes that the quality of a welded product cannot be fully verified by final testing alone, so control of the entire welding process from start to finish is of key importance.

ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX "Welding, Brazing, and Fusing Qualifications" is an American standard that specifies requirements for qualification of welding procedures and personnel (welders, welding operators). It is the cornerstone for the manufacture of pressure equipment (boilers, vessels, piping) and is widely used in the oil and gas, chemical, and power generation industries worldwide.
